| The John T. Petters Foundation honors the short yet remarkable life of John Petters, who tragically lost his life at age 21, while on spring break in Florence, Italy in March 2004. John's dream was to help deserving students study abroad to gain a global view and enhance their educational experience. Scholarships of $5,000 are awarded twice a year. The John T. Petters Foundation hosts an annual Gala in August in Minneapolis, MN and this year on August 9th hosted over 800 guests. |
