uBuy it! is an exciting feature that offers you the opportunity to purchase items outright at a fixed price instantly without waiting for an auction to end. This new feature allows you to purchase immediately; your order will be processed upon submitting your ubuy it! request, even if the auction is not scheduled to close until much later.

How will I know if I can use ubuy It?

All auctions that offer ubuy it! will be denoted with the next to the auction listing and directly on the auction page.

Can I still bid on auctions that offer ubuy It?

Most auctions that offer ubuy it! will also allow for bidding activity. These auctions will be denoted with the auction type of Traditional or Traditional with Bid Butler. However, ubuy it! bids take precedence over traditional bids; see our Bidding Rules for details.

Are there auctions that are only conducted with ubuy It?

Yes-there are some auctions that only offer ubuy it! as an option. Bidding will not be conducted on these items. These auctions are denoted with ubuy it! as the auction type and have a fixed price for each item. These auctions will close instantly once all the items within the auction have been purchased.

How does Bid Butler work with ubuy It?

Bid Butler works a little differently for auctions that are conducted with the ubuy it!option:

• If your maximum Bid Butler bid meets or exceeds the ubuy it! price, we will alert you that your maximum price is higher and offer the chance to buy the item at the ubuy it! price.

• If you would rather bid for the item, you can keep your maximum bid price and we will continue to place bids for you until your maximum bid price is met or until all the items in the auction have been selected as ubuy it!.

How does ubuy it! work with Reserve Price auctions?

• You will have the option to buy the product at a fixed price using ubuy it! and become an instant winner without waiting for the auction to close.

• If you choose to bid, you may continue to place bids on the auction. If your bid price is below the Reserve Price, we will alert you so you may raise your bid to meet or exceed the Reserve Price.

How does ubuy it! work with Reserve Price prices auctions that use Bid Butler?

• If your maximum Bid Butler price meets or exceeds the ubuy it! price, we will alert you that your maximum bid price is higher and offer you the chance to buy the item at the fixed, ubuy it! price.

• If you choose to bid, and your maximum bid price is below the Reserve Price, we will alert you in your bid confirmation and offer you another chance to raise your bid.

• If you choose to bid and your maximum Bid Butler price meets or exceeds the Reserve Price, your bid will automatically be raised so you are placing a winning bid, based upon the bid increment for that auction.
