uBid Shipping and Handling Features

The single shipping and handling charge contains many added features, including the following exceptional services:

• Shipping: uBid has partnered with FedEx as our preferred carrier for added reliability and convenience. Dependent on your purchase type and selection of shipping service level, uBid will ship your items via FedEx, UPS, or USPS for APO/FPO addresses. You will be informed of the carrier selected on your My Page.
  
  Note: Shipments to AK and HI must be shipped using air service and will incur an additional $10 charge.
  
  
• Handling and Processing: These services include receiving, storing, transferring and preparing the product for shipment, and credit card processing. Most products are shipped directly from uBid's state-of-the-art warehouse. Packages are carefully processed from the moment the product is removed from inventory to the point at which they are transferred to the carrier.
  
  
• Tracking: Most products shipped by uBid and uBid suppliers are traceable. Customers can obtain immediate tracking information of shipped orders directly from the uBid site via My Page or through the UPS website or the FedEx website.
  
  
• Insurance: Deliveries are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and damage while your package is in transit.
