Even though I don't live in the United States, can I bid on products?
At the present time, uBid does not ship to addresses outside the United States.
If I place a bid and I make a mistake or I decide later that I don't want the product, can I cancel my bid?
No. All bids are non-cancelable once submitted. Please bid wisely.
How do I win a Reserve Price Auction?
To win a Reserve Price auction, you must place a bid that meets or exceeds the Reserve Price and qualify as a winner as defined in our Help pages. Click here to review more information regarding Winning Bids.
How do I purchase using the uBuyIt option?
To purchase using the uBuy It option, you can choose to buy the product immediately at the fixed, uBuy It price. All users who choose the uBuy It option become instant winners without waiting for the auction to close and outbid other users who are placing traditional bids. As long as there are quantities available in an auction, traditional bidding will continue. If all quantities in an auction are purchased using uBuy It, the auction closes.
Can I purchase items outright at uBid?
Yes - there are certain items that are offered for fixed price sale only. These items will be designated by the uBuyIt icon.
Why didn't the auction close when it says it would close?
Typically, auctions are over at their posted closing times. However, if there are any bids within 10 minutes of the close of the auction (the "Going, Going, Gone!" period), it will be extended until there are no bids for 10 continuous minutes. There is no limit to the number of times an auction can be extended. Therefore, uBid recommends that you check back often as an auction nears closing time.

How can I pay for products at uBid?
uBid currently accepts credit card payments. We honor Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
I just won. How long until my merchandise arrives?
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse the day after you win. However, there are a number of factors that will affect the arrival time of your package. Click here for details on order processing and delivery time.
How can I track my shipment?
You can track your UPS or FedEx package by clicking on the tracking number that appears on your “My Page” after a product is shipped. You can also go directly to http://www.ups.com/ or http://www.fedex.com/ and enter your tracking number to follow the progress of your package.
What is your return policy?
In striving to achieve unparalleled customer satisfaction, uBid offers an additional advantage: the ability to return a purchase. This ability gives our customers added comfort during their on-line shopping. Since uBid offers two unique ways to purchase a product on-line, the return policy may vary depending upon which type of purchase was made. The general policies and procedures below apply to returns based on the purchase type unless the product page lists different returns information. In these cases the returns information as listed on the product page would override uBid's general returns policies. For Example: if the product page specifically states "No Returns or Refunds", then all sales are final.

How do I contact the warranty company with product questions?
Please contact the warranty company first if you encounter a problem with your product. The warranty company contact information can be found on the product page and on the packing slip.
What if I receive merchandise and it fails to operate properly?
Most products we offer carry vendor warranty coverage. If the product malfunctions during the period the product is under a vendor warranty, you should contact the warranty company for assistance in getting it repaired. Warranty company contact information can be found on the packing slip.

Can I extend the warranty period?
Yes. On many of the products uBid sells you have the option of purchasing an Extended Warranty program. If purchased, this warranty would take effect as soon as the Vendor Warranty expires. Extended Warranties must be purchsed at the time of your bid or checkout. Click here for more details.
