Add-On Product Frequently Asked Questions

What are my shipping costs?
There are no additional shipping costs for add-on products. Shipping is included in the list price. (Please note that you will still pay shipping costs on your auction items.)


What happens if the add-on products I want are not available?
uBid does not back order its add-on products. If the add-on item you want to purchase is not available for shipment when your auction closes, your add-on order will automatically be canceled. We will send you an email confirming this.


If I place an add-on order and I make a mistake or I decide later that I don't want the product, can I cancel my order?
No. All add-on orders are non-cancelable once submitted. Please order wisely. The only exception is on memory addons. If the memory price in effect at the time of the auction close is greater than stated, uBid will upon request accept a cancellation.


How can I track my shipment?
You can track your UPS package by clicking on the tracking number that appears on your "My Page" after a product is shipped. If you purchase an Add-On item independent from winning an auction, please refer to the "My Purchases" section in "My Page". You can also go directly to www.UPS.com and enter your tracking number to follow the progress of your package.
