When will my add-on orders arrive?
Your add-on orders are shipped separately from your auction items. Depending on the number of add-ons purchased, they may be sent in multiple shipments and could arrive before you receive your uBid delivery. You can track your shipments separately using the information provided on your MyPage. The chart listed below will help you estimate when your items will arrive.

Time to Process your order
Time to Process is the estimated number of business days from winning an auction to shipping of product.
Please be aware that the following circumstances may delay shipment of your order:
- If we need to verify your credit card information, shipment of merchandise will be delayed until verification is complete.
- If your shipping address is different from your billing address, this may cause additional delays and verification needs.
- Merchandise does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Time in Transit
Time in Transit is the estimated number of business days from shipment of product to your receipt of product.
FREE SHIPPING is included with your add-on purchase. Shipping will be ground delivery via a major carrier such as FedEX, UPS, DHL, or the United States Postal Service. APO/FPO delivery is not available for add-on purchases.
