Having technical problems with the website?
Trouble registering my address
If the system did not accept your initial address registration, check the top of the registration form:
- The fields that were not accepted will be identified on the top of the registration form.
- Verify that the box “Is this address the same as your ship to?” is correctly marked.
- Verify that all fields marked with a red asterisk are completed.
Trouble registering to bid or purchase
If the system did not accept your initial registration, please check the top of the registration form:
- The fields that were not accepted will be identified on the top of the registration form.
- Verify that all fields marked with a red asterisk are completed.
If the system accepted your registration but you cannot bid or purchase,
- Verify that the credit card type, number and expiration date are completed on your My Page.
- Verify that you have no characters such as periods, semicolons, colons or apostrophes in your Customer ID/Login or password.
