How do I track my shipment?
Once we ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation of shipment.
- You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number that appears on your My Page after a product is shipped.
- Certain items may not have a tracking number linking to a carriers website. If no tracking number is available, please contact uBid Please contact us via our webform.
What do the different statuses on My Page mean?
Your order and its status can be viewed in "My Page." An explanation of each order status is given below. Please note that order status is not updated in real time and may be delayed up to 2 hours due to processing volumes.
In Process
Your order is being processed and will be shipped shortly. The tracking number will be posted to your My Page as soon as it is available.
In credit card processing
Your order is being processed by our Credit Department. The Credit Department is responsible for validating payment methods, and verifying order information when necessary. This process can take up to 1 to 5 business days, but generally occurs within minutes of the auction's close. Should any problems arise that prevent us from completing your order, you will be alerted on your My Page or contacted by a credit representative via email or phone.
Payment not Authorized
Please be advised the bank that issued your credit card has not yet authorized the charge for your order. Orders not authorized are subject to cancellation at uBid's discretion at any time. When a winning bid is not authorized, uBid will notify you via My Page. In most cases, winning bids are held as a courtesy for up to 24 hours, and then retried for authorization. However, there may be times when unauthorized bids or orders are immediately canceled. Bids canceled because they cannot be authorized are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Please note, cancelled bids cannot be reinstated.

You have the following options available if the order has not been cancelled:
- Retry the same credit card again, or
- Provide another credit card to be billed
If your order is cancelled as the result of the inability to validate your payment method, you will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee. Please note, cancelled orders cannot be reinstated."
In Warehouse
Your order is in our warehouse awaiting shipment. Upon shipping your order, your MyPage will read Order Shipped and tracking information for your order will be provided at that time.
At Supplier's warehouse
Your order has been processed and is awaiting shipment from our Supplier's warehouse. Please allow for the appropriate amount of time for the estimated delivery date. If you do not receive the order after the maximum estimated delivery time, please contact us via our webform
Partially shipped
We were unable to send the full quantity of your order. We are currently investigating when the remaining portion will be shipped. If you don't receive the remaining portion promptly, please contact us via our webform
Order shipped
Your order has been shipped. The tracking number is posted under the Closed Auctions Winning Bids listing on your My Page. There can sometimes be a delay of one business day from the time we enter the tracking number in your My Page until the number is recognized by either Fed Ex or UPS.
Cancelled
Order has been cancelled. uBid will make every effort to notify you before an order is cancelled unless the payment method could not be validated. If you were not notified or believe this is a mistake, please contact us via our webform
Order returned
Order has been successfully returned. Please allow 20 days for credit processing.
