When can I expect the delivery of my order?
Most orders will process and ship from the warehouse within 2 business days of the auction close time. Standard Ground shipping will deliver within 4-10 business days. Express shipping is also available. You will receive a confirmation email containing shipping details when your order ships. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number that appears in your "My Page" after the product ships.
Please note:
- The amount of time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package depends on your selection. When choosing the speed of service to select, do not count weekends or holidays. Not all carriers deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. This will delay your shipment.
- Packages cannot be delivered to Alaska or Hawaii via ground service. Packages to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped via Air. For any Second Day Air shipment to AK or HI, delivery may take up to three days.
- For APO/FPO deliveries we ship using US Post service. Only packages up to 70lbs can be delivered to an APO/FPO address.
- We will provide tracking numbers as much as possible. There are times when tracking numbers can not be provided - in these cases, only the carriers will be provided.
- uBid's warehouse will be closed on the following holidays in 2006, which may delay shipment of orders.
