How
do I Update my Address, Phone, Credit Card, Password, etc?
1) Add, delete or edit your shipping address
You can update your "Ship
To" address in your My Page:
- Select "My Account," on the
left of the My Page screen,
- Select the "edit" button to the
right of the shipping address summary.
- If you want to add a new shipping
address, select the “Add Shipping Address” button at the bottom of the My
Page screen.
Note:
We are unable to ship to post office box addresses
(except APO and FPO military addresses).
2) Update "Bill-To" address
You can update your "Bill-To"
address for your credit card in your My Page
- Select “My Account,” on the left of
the My Page screen,
- Select the “edit” button to the right
of Member Summary
3) Add, delete or edit your payment method
You can update your credit card
information in your My Page:
- Select "My Account," on the
left of the My Page screen,
- Select the "edit" button to the
right of the Account Summary
4) Add, delete or edit your email address
You can update your email address
in your My Page
- Select “My Account,” on the left of
the My Page screen,
- Select the “edit” button to the right
of Member Summary
5) Change Password
You can update your password in
your My Page
- Select “My Account,” on the left of
the My Page screen,
- Select the “edit” button to the right
of Member Summary
