How will ubid ship my product?
Most uBid auctions offer Next Day Air, Second Day Air and Ground Service.
Next Day and Second Day Air
Next Day or Second Day Air service is available when you require your package as quickly as possible. Please note that these services are from time of product shipment, not from time of auction close (there may be processing or weekend days in between). Next Day Air deliveries will require a signature. For any Second Day Air shipment to AK or HI, delivery may take up to three days. You can easily follow the progress of your shipment by logging into "My Page".
Standard Ground
Standard Ground service offers an economic method to ship your merchandise. Orders shipped via Standard Ground may also require a signature. You can easily follow the progress of your shipment by logging into "My Page".
Special Shipping
Special Shipping is used for certain promotional items as well as uniquely sized items. Special Shipping is also utilized by some of our uBid Certified Merchants that use shipping partners other than UPS and Fed Ex.
Special Ground - Custom Delivery
·In certain instances when products are oversized or unable to be delivered through our standard freight carriers, we will use an alternative heavyweight transportation provider with a local delivery agent in your area.
·The local agent will call you prior to delivery and arrange a delivery time. Standard delivery hours are Monday through Friday between 8 A.M. and 5 P.M.
·Your delivery agent is committed to delivering your product to the first threshold of your home or inside your garage, the choice is yours. Specific requests for "Past the Threshold" services should be discussed with your delivery agent at the time you schedule your appointment and are subject to additional delivery charges.
·The delivery agent will unpack your product. At this time, fully inspect the product for any damage. You will be required to sign an uBid Cosmetic Inspection Report. If you do not sign the uBid Cosmetic Inspection Report, the item will be returned to uBid.
·The transportation provider may be able remove the packing debris from your location for an additional fee.

Not included in Custom Delivery:
·Custom Delivery does not include wall mounting of any type.
·We will not handle any products we did not deliver including: Cable TV, Satellite Dish System, Home Theatre System, DVD's VCR's etc.
Signature Service
For your protection, a signature may be required upon delivery for winning bids with Standard Ground and Next Day Air and Second Day Air deliveries. A signature is always required for Special Ground - Custom Delivery deliveries This delivery option ensures that a package will not be left at your designated delivery address without attaining your signature or the signature of someone at your address willing to sign for you.
·Although the packages may be shipped via multiple carriers, the following delivery terms generally apply for any packages that are shipped with the signature requiring delivery option:
·Three delivery attempts will be made to your shipping address and the delivery driver will leave a notification at the address upon each attempt.
·Please note that the delivery driver is not authorized to leave the package without a signature, even if you express that desire on the delivery notification.
·If upon three delivery attempts, the carrier is unable to obtain an authorizing signature, the package will be sent back to uBid.
·Packages delivered back to uBid for any reason cannot be re-shipped
·You will be able to call the carrier's hub between delivery attempts to pick up the package yourself.
You will be responsible for the package once you or anyone at your address signs for the package and the delivery is completed.
Other Useful Information
At this time we are not able to consolidate orders won in different auction lots. Furthermore, because of the shape and size of products we cannot always ship multiple quantities of the same order in one box.
