Wondering what you’ll do and see in Williamsburg? If you’re into history, you’ll be in good company! Known as America’s Colonial Capital, history abounds in Williamsburg. Colonial Williamsburg, a living history museum, depicts the life and times of Colonial America. At nearby Jamestown Settlement, the story of America’s first permanent English settlement (13 years before the Pilgrims landed in Massachusetts) and the Virginia Indians they encountered is told through film, gallery exhibits and living history. Fast forward to the Revolutionary War with a visit to historic Yorktown. In October, 1781, the Siege of Yorktown culminated with the British surrender to American and French forces under George Washington’s command ending the six-year Revolutionary War and setting the stage for a new government and nation. Who said history can’t be fun? And when in Yorktown, don’t miss a visit to the Riverwalk area where you can walk on the beach, visit their antique and specialty shops and experience unique dining opportunities.

*Booking must be made within 180 days of your win date, your stay must be completed within 12 months from your win date, vacations can be booked 180 days in advance. With all vacation packages peak travel periods are blacked out and booking is based on first come first served. This is a very dynamic marketplace and resort availability changes quickly. All dates are subject to change and addition information will be provided at time of booking.
*Must be 21 years old to check-in, younger than 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.Please keep in mind no more than 2 packages can be combined at one time and can't be used in conjunction with any other promotion or coupon.Travel packages are non-refundable once the reservation has been booked and confirmed with the resort.
*Industry standard for condominium rentals is to charge actual usage and service fees in addition the base rental.The types and amounts of fees vary from property based on the unique circumstances of each property.Typical charges, fees and assessments include; cleaning services, limited damage waivers, weekly water and energy surcharge, usage fees, common area maintenance fees, accommodation fees, occupancy tax, bed tax, city tax, county tax, state tax, resort fees.Over the course of a one week stay the fees and assessments can easily add up to over $500 dollars for the property you are bidding on.As part of our auction service we have negotiated a flat rate fee with the resort you will be visiting.The flat fee for your travel package is $175.00 and is due and payable at the time you book your reservation.There is a $65.00 processing fee which includes the use of our concierge booking service and all administrative handling of your account.All fees are the responsibility of the occupant and are due and payable at the time you book your reservation.
*Travel Cancellation & Refund Policy: There will be a $75.00 cancellation fee charged on any travel package refund request, plus a 15% administrative processing fee. Once the resort reservation has been booked and confirmed travel packages are non-refundable.
