Designed by Champions Tour Player and NBC golf analyst Gary Koch and rated a 4 1/2 Star course by Golf Digest magazine, Mystic Dunes Golf Club is renowned as one of the most unique courses in all of Florida.With 80-foot elevation changes, rolling sand dunes, mature oaks and large wetland areas, the par 71 course offers two distinctly different nines. The "low country" style front nine is reminiscent of classic Carolina courses, meandering through native wetlands and marsh areas, bordering oak and cypress forests. The back nine features the characteristics of a British Isles links course, with extensive perimeter mounding and pot bunkers, and lush, rolling fairways.The course also includes several signature holes, 36 bunkers, two holes with surrounding water and two holes as designated island holes.Before your round, take advantage of the 60,000 sq. ft. practice facility including a driving range, chipping and putting greens and practice bunkers. And be sure to check out the extensive Pro Shop, where you'll find the latest in golf fashion and equipment for both men and women.

Our fully-appointed vacation villas are fully furnished with all the conveniences of home -- plus the graceful details you will find in only the finest resorts.Each one of our villas comes with a breakfast bar and/or dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.Relax with a private whirlpool bath in the master bedroom, as well as multiple TVs located in the living area and master bedroom.Our standard one-bedroom villa (with one queen bed) sleeps up to four and includes a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra guests.

With all vacation packages peak travel periods are blacked out and booking is based on first come first served. This is a very dynamic marketplace and resort availability changes quickly. *Industry standard for condominium rentals is to charge actual usage and service fees in addition the base rental.The types and amounts of fees vary from property based on the unique circumstances of each property.Typical charges, fees and assessments include; cleaning services, limited damage waivers, weekly water and energy surcharge, usage fees, common area maintenance fees, accommodation fees, occupancy tax, bed tax, city tax, county tax, state tax, resort fees.Over the course of a one week stay the fees and assessments can easily add up to over $500 dollars for the property you are bidding on.As part of our auction service we have negotiated a flat rate fee with the resort you will be visiting.The flat fee for your travel package is $150.00 and is due and payable at the time you book your reservation.There is a $65.00 processing fee which includes the use of our concierge booking service and all administrative handling of your account.All fees are the responsibility of the occupant and are due and payable at the time you book your reservation.  

*Travel Cancellation & Refund Policy: There will be a $75.00 cancellation fee charged on any travel package refund request, plus a 15% administrative processing fee. Once the resort reservation has been booked and confirmed travel packages are non-refundable.
