Reservations may be made online at OneWeekVacation.com or by phone. You will need the certificate number & security code printed on your paid certificate.
What check-in days are available?
Check-in days vary, but are typically Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, depending on the resort and location. If you plan to arrive after the designated check-in date, you must call the resort in advance to make late check-in arrangements. You may check out any time during your stay.
When can I travel?
Travel is available during the times marked with the symbol * on the chart on the reverse side of the One Week Vacation Voucher. Availabilities are subject to change without notice. How much advance notice is required? Reservations must be made between 24 hours and 180 days prior to check-in and are based on space availability. Travel must be completed by the expiration date listed on the enclosed certificate. When your reservations are confirmed, you will receive email confirmation. Do not leave for your vacation until you receive the confirmation.
What are my financial obligations?
