The 5-Day Cruise Getaway Terms & Conditions
This certificate entitles you and your companion to a 5-day/4-night cruise in an entry level cabin based on double occupancy from one of 3 cruise ports including: Port Canaveral, Florida; Miami, Florida or Long Beach, California.
1. Once your certificate has been registered, you will be emailed further information. If you do not have access to a computer please mail the original signed and dated validation card to one of our addresses below with a stamped, self-addressed envelope and we will send you the manual registration form.
2. All vacation offers are subject to our promotional availability. Entry level cabins are defined as category 1A. We reserve the right to offer an alternate departure date and or port of departure. It is important that you do not make associated travel arrangements until you have received written confirmation of your cruise vacation offer. All travel requires a minimum of 90 days booking notice from the time we receive your cruise request form. All travel must be completed within 24 months of the registration date printed on your cruise voucher. Cruise dates available for this program are year round, however additional charges will apply during peak season (March through August) and holidays. Passengers must meet the age requirements established by the cruise line and have a valid driver's license and major credit card (MasterCard or Visa). Only one travel offer per household may be used in a twenty-four (24) month period.
3. Travelers are responsible for all expenses including, but not limited to: cruise port charges, taxes, fuel surcharges (if any), transportation, gratuities, a USD$50 reservation processing fee for each of the 1st two persons plus miscellaneous expenses, if applicable. Port charges are USD$150 per person. After your reservations have been fully confirmed, a USD$50.00 service fee will be levied for changes, cancellations, or no shows, in addition to charges levied by the cruise line, if any. For your protection we always recommend the purchase of travel insurance. This offer is not valid for groups of two or more certificates. Certificates are non-transferable. This certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional, coupon or discount offers.
6. This offer is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.
7. Travelers are responsible to obtain and carry all necessary documents for travel including but not limited to: a valid passport, entry visas, travel documents and any type of vaccinations required. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without prior written notice.
