How can I make my reservation?
Reservations may be made online at DreamVacationWeek.com or by phone. You will need the certificate number & security code printed on your paid certificate.

What check-in days are available?
Check-in days vary, but are typically Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, depending on the resort and location. If you plan to arrive after the designated check-in date, you must call the resort in advance to make late check-in arrangements. You may check out  any time during your stay.

When can I travel?
Travel is available during the times marked with the symbol * on the chart on the reverse side of the Dream Vacation Week certificate. Availabilities are subject to change without notice. How much advance notice is required? Reservations must be made between 24 hours and 180 days prior to check-in and are based on space availability. Travel must be completed by the expiration date listed on the enclosed certificate. When your reservations are confirmed, you will receive email confirmation. Do not leave for your vacation until you receive the confirmation.

What are my financial obligations?
You are responsible for the payment of a certificate redemption fee, if any, based on the size of the unit you reserve, plus any applicable taxes. Please see the Dream Vacation Week certificate for specific details.

May I bring additional guests?
Yes, but you may not exceed the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sleeping capacity is based on two people per sleeping area. Studio units typically sleep two people, one-bedroom units sleep four, and two-bedroom units sleep six.

Is my certificate redemption fee refundable?
All certificate redemptions are final and non-refundable.



 

1) These Terms and Conditions apply to any reservation for resort accommodations through DreamVacationWeek.com, including, but not limited to, the redemption of a Dream Vacation Week resort accommodation certificate. The DreamVacationWeek.com Web site may be utilized to make a resort accommodation reservation using one of the following methods: a) as a recipient of a resort accommodation certificate by entering the certificate number and security code; or b) by clicking on a featured destination or performing search for resort availability (a certificate is not used). Alternatively, you may also call 877-819-CERT (2378), Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 11 PM, Saturday - Sunday, 10 AM - 8 PM U.S. Eastern Time (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day). The resort accommodations reservation program powered by DreamVacationWeek.com is provided by Worldwide Vacation & Travel, Inc. (WVT), a Florida corporation with a principal place of business at 9995 S.W. 88th Street, Miami, Florida 33176.
2) Your acceptance of a resort accommodation reservation, with or without Certificate redemption, constitutes your acceptance of all of the terms and conditions contained on this Web site. You must be at least 21 years of age to reserve or use resort accommodations. All reservations are final and cannot be substituted, changed, or canceled for a refund, except as expressly allowed in paragraph 5 below. Purchase of resort accommodation insurance is highly recommended.
3) You may request your reservation at least 24 hours, but no more than 180 days, before your proposed check-in date. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis, Accommodations for occupancy during major holiday weeks will not be available. If a Certificate is being redeemed, reservations are available only for occupancy ending on or before the expiration date printed on the front of the Certificate. Certificates are non-renewable. If your Certificate has a grid, please refer to  the Certificate's grid for areas of anticipated availability for which reservations may be requested.

4) An e-mail acknowledging your transaction will be sent to the e-mail address you submit. A final written confirmation will follow by e-mail. Upon receipt, please immediately review your confirmation and report any discrepancies to WVT by calling 877-819-2378. Any discrepancy not promptly reported (i.e., generally within 48 hours of receipt and always before the start of occupancy) will be deemed accepted by you. A reservation confirmation is non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged for cash. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or exchange your confirmation will result in its immediate forfeiture.

5) As noted above, any reservation made through the redemption of a Dream Vacation Week Certificate may not be canceled and is non-refundable, except where your reserved accommodations are not available through no fault of yours as of your scheduled date of occupancy. In such instance, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for your reserved accommodations within 10 days of our receipt of your request. For reservations in which a Certificate is NOT used, you may cancel under the following limited conditions:

• If you cancel a reservation 61 days or more prior to the check-in date, you will be issued a refund of 70 percent of the rental price paid by you, applied to the credit card used.
• If you cancel a reservation from 15 to 60 days prior to the check-in date, you will be issued a refund of 50 percent of the rental price paid by you, applied to the credit card used.
• FOR ALL OTHER CANCELLATIONS REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

• Your name exactly as it appears on your confirmation
• Your daytime telephone number
• Your confirmation reference number

6) If WVT should fail or be delayed in the performance of any obligation hereunder, including, but not limited to, providing accommodations, due to causes beyond the control of and without the fault or negligence of WVT, then WVT shall be excused from further performance upon written notice to you stating the reason for such nonperformance. Such causes may include, but are not limited to, acts of God or public enemy, fire, strikes, lock-out or other labor unrest, riot, explosion, civil disobedience, declared or undeclared war, revolution, insurrection, boycotts, acts of piracy, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities, blockade, embargo, accident, epidemic or quarantine, and delay or defaults caused by public or common carriers.

7) Accommodations are limited to the number of occupants specified in the written confirmation. You are responsible for the acts and omissions of the individuals occupying the accommodations, including any loss or damage to the accommodations. 

8) The total amount payable to WVT at the time of reserving the accommodations is the specified fee, plus applicable taxes. The specified fee does not include transportation, meals, all-inclusive fees, if applicable, tips, telephone charges, service charges, incidental expenses, and other items of a personal nature. Also, some jurisdictions may impose a tax on the transient occupancy of resort accommodations. Any such tax on transient occupancy shall be the responsibility of the occupants of the accommodations and will be collected by the property at which you are staying as part of the check-in or checkout process.

9) Upon making your reservations or redeeming a Dream Vacation Week Certificate, you agree to release and hold WVT and its affiliated companies and their respective successors and assigns, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and acts of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the accommodations, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage. WVT's total liability associated with your making of reservations or redemption of a Dream Vacation Week Certificate shall be the refunding of the price paid by you for your resort accommodations. In no instance shall WVT be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your reservation of resort accommodations or the use of such accommodations.

10) WVT has no legal or beneficial interest in any developer, seller, or managing entity of any host resort participating in the resort accommodations reservation program. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of check-in difficulties, please contact WVT immediately by calling 877-819-2378. In such instance, WVT will use all commercially reasonable efforts to assist you in securing the reserved resort accommodations or, where such accommodations are unavailable through no fault of yours or your party, in securing alternative resort accommodations of comparable size and quality.

11) The resort accommodations may be used only for personal and non-commercial purposes. Sale or rental of the resort accommodations is expressly prohibited.

12) During the use and occupancy of the reserved resort accommodations, you and your party must observe all of the rules and regulations of the host resort. Violation of such rules and regulations may result in the loss of occupancy rights at the host resort.

13) You agree that your reservation of the resort accommodations and the use and occupancy of such accommodations shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. In addition, by completing a reservation, you agree that all disputes between you and WVT shall be subject to the exclusive subject matter and personal jurisdiction of the courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida. In the event of litigation between you and WVT, the prevailing party shall be entitled to all costs incurred, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
