Before activating your certificate it is important that you read and familiarize yourself with the terms of this offer provided below.
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
This offer is valid for 2 adults and up to 2 children under 18 years of age.
Step 1: To activate this Key to Paradise certificate, complete the Activation Form found on the other side of this certificate. Please print clearly. Enclose a $29.95 refundable deposit via check, money order, certified check, or cashier's check, and send via certified mail to: Travel Redemption Center, PO Box 4110, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. You must activate this certificate within 30 days of the issue date as determined by the postmark date on your envelope. The sponsor name and issue date must be filled in by the company or organization you received the certificate from on the day you received it.
Step 2: Immediately following receipt and processing of your completed Activation Form and refundable deposit, a Registration Request Form will be sent, on which you will submit your preferred departure dates and destinations. Two (2) departure travel dates and destinations are required, in order of preference. Your first selected date must be at least sixty (60) days in advance, while your second selected date must be at least thirty (30) days apart from the first selected date. You will be instructed to mail the completed Registration Request Form, together with $12.40 per night hotel taxes, which are non-refundable (assuming a confirmed reservation is secured).
Step 3: Immediately following receipt and processing of your completed Registration Request Form and non-refundable $12.40 per night taxes, a Travel Reservationist will contact you via phone. During the call, your hotel accommodations will be confirmed and your contact information will be verified. All reservations are based upon availability.
Step 4: After returning from your hotel stay, you are entitled to submit a request for your $29.95 refundable deposit. This request must be submitted within 30 days of your return, and you must include a copy of your hotel receipts with your request. Please allow four weeks for processing. Or, if we can not accommodate your travel requests, and you do not secure a confirmed reservation, you have 30 days to submit a request for a full refund of both your $29.95 refundable deposit and $12.40 per night hotel taxes.
Itineraries
Year round arrivals are available but are based on K&E International's hotel availability. This offer is not valid on major holidays and a full 7 days before or after a major holiday. Major holidays include: New Year's Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. K&E International will utilize independent and chain tourist class and economy hotel accommodations.
Charges
This certificate does not include transportation, government imposed taxes, transfers, meals or incidental expenses such as phone calls, gratuities or entertainment. Hotel/motel may require a credit card imprint or deposit upon check-in to cover incidental expenses. Group travel fees will apply to each certificate holder (more than 1 certificate) requesting to travel together. Each certifi ate holder must submit travel requests separately.
Restrictions
This certificate has no cash value and is non-transferable. Certificate holder or one of the traveling adults must be at least 21 years of age. This offer is void where prohibited by law and is not valid for sponsors, distributors, employees, or family members of sponsors, distributors and employees. This offer cannot be used concurrently with any other travel offer or K&E International certificate. Hotels and destinations are subject to change and K&E International?s availability and are restricted to specific dates of travel and accommodations.
THIS VACATION OFFER EXPIRES 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF ISSUE AND TRAVEL MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE EXPIRATION DATE.
Documentation
It is the responsibility of each traveler to provide proper travel documentation relating to travel requirements. Do not depart for your vacation until you have received your confirmation letter and Hotel Voucher (The letter and voucher will be sent by DCI Tours, not K&E International). The certificate holder or one of the traveling adults will be required to provide the hotel confirmation, proper photo identification and valid credit card at check-in. K&E International is not responsible for denial of check-in due to the aforementioned.
Responsibilities
K&E International does not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense or inconvenience, nor for loss, injury, death or damage to any persons or property at any hotel or on any aircraft, or in transit to and from said hotel/aircraft, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, or acts of God. K&E International assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this offer. K&E International will make every effort to accommodate your travel date, but reserves the right to offer alternative travel dates and locations when necessary.
Reservation Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations of confirmed reservations are subject to forfeiture of all paid fees and deposits. Cancellation penalties may apply and certificate will be ineligible for future use. No changes are permitted to confirmed reservations. You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later. You may cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in this contract. If you decide to cancel, you must notify the seller in writing of your intent to cancel by returning the certificate and sending notice to: Travel Redemption Center at PO Box 4110, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. NO PURCHASER SHOULD RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. This contract is for the purchase of a vacation certificate and puts all assignees on notice of the consumer?s right to cancel under section 559.933, Florida Statues. If a sale agreement to purchase a vacation certificate is completed over the telephone, the seller shall inform the purchaser over the telephone that: (a) The purchaser may cancel the contract without any penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later. (b) The purchaser may also cancel the contract if accommodations or facilities are not available upon request for use as provided in the contract. Happy Travels!
